Enerstar HS&E Principles
Work safely or not at all.
Always fit for duty.
Always wear PPE.
Always use spotters when moving vehicles and equipment.
Never disable safety equipment and devices.
Never perform or overlook an unsafe act.
Procedures and programs developed shall meet or exceed legal and regulatory requirements.
“Stop Work Authority” is the responsibility of every employee and contractor and is a condition of employment.
All incidents and accidents shall be reported and investigated.

Employee / Contractor Safety Training Program
EnerStar employees receive industry-required classroom training plus additional online safety training.
The online system uses training modules with topics that vary from “OSHA 10” to “Discrimination in the Workplace” and all topics in between. The system has more than 400 topics available, but only the most relevant are assigned. Each module deploys testing to ensure understanding. Management tracks student completion rates through an online dashboard.
Driver Management and Safety Software
EnerStar understands that driving is a high-risk safety activity. This is why At EnerStar we use the Fleetmatics Reveal vehicle tracking system in our fleet vehicles.
Fleetmatics improves driver behavior and continues to move us toward our goal of zero incidents by utilizing this state-of-the-art technology. This technology helps our drivers improve their situational awareness, driving behaviors, and compliance with both DOT regulations and EnerStar policies.
